DOCUMENT CONTROLLER COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT

Liverpool Street, London 40,000- 45,000 + 1 Day WFH

I'm currently working with a leading building contractor who is looking to bring an experienced Document Controller into their team to support a portfolio of commercial fit-out projects across London.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a well-established business, work on prestigious projects and benefit from a flexible working arrangement.

The Role

Manage project drawings, documentation and technical submissions.

Maintain document registers and revision control.

Coordinate information between project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

Ensure the latest drawings and documents are issued to the relevant teams.

Use document management systems such as Aconex, Viewpoint or Asite.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a construction Document Controller role.

Commercial fit-out experience is advantageous.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident managing documentation in a fast-paced project environment.

The Package

40,000- 45,000 per annum.

1 day working from home per week.
