Location: Bromley‑by‑Bow

Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Vary depending on the route (flexibility required)

Additional Info: Warehouse work required every 6-8 weeks

We are currently recruiting for a Document & Archive Coordinator to support a well‑established organisation based in Bromley‑by‑Bow. This is an excellent temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse coordination, client deliveries/collections, and independent working.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of customer assets, providing a professional service and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving customer assets into secure storage.

Delivering and collecting items from client sites using handheld PDT devices.

Preparing and retrieving orders accurately and efficiently.

Providing strong customer service throughout all interactions.

Operating a computer‑based logging and tracking system.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.

Adhering to health, safety, environmental, and security guidelines.

Participating in warehouse duties every 6-8 weeks.Please Note: Due to the nature of the work, all offers are subject to medical clearance, references, CRB checks, and full police security vetting.

What We're Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong IT literacy.

Valid Forklift Truck licence (essential).

Competent in driving 3.5‑tonne vehicles.

Ability to work independently for extended periods.

Flexible and adaptable to varied duties and shifting schedules.

Highly self‑motivated.

Clean UK driving licence.
