Receive, process and maintain customer schedules and ordersPlan and generate works orders in line with customer requirementsLiaise with customers by email, phone and online portals on order statusPrepare and pack customer shipments in line with specific packaging requirementsLoad and unload vehicles, using forklift training where requiredMaintain accurate records and support the wider logistics and purchasing team As a Despatch Planner, your experience will include:
