We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of maintenance requests, from initial enquiry through to job completion. You'll be the first point of contact for service requests, logging and managing work orders via CAFM systems (Maximo), ensuring SLAs are met and health & safety risks are minimised.

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for calls, emails and service requestsLog, prioritise and manage work orders in line with SLAsAllocate work to engineers and subcontractors; raise POs where requiredMonitor open jobs to prevent delays and service failuresProduce reports and support management with admin tasksGeneral helpdesk and departmental administrationRequirements

Flexible to work a rotational shift patternAbility to pass a Standard DBS checkSkills

Able to manage workload, meet deadlines and work on own initiativeExperience in FM, technical or healthcare environments desirableMust have knowledge of CAFM/finance systems (Maximo, Coupa)
