Description
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Up to GBP28,000 plus Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
We are proud to be working in partnership with a fast-growing company and due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a Customer Service administrator to join their busy team.
Our client is a well-established and family owned business operating as a credit brokerage in the vehicle leasing sector. They are authorised by the FCA and members of the BVRLA.
In short, they connect the finance company, the manufacturer and the supplying dealership with the aim to offer a simple and easy service.
Your role will be to process customer orders, ensuring all the correct finance documentation is in place, and the customer receives the correct vehicle whilst ensuring that any customer queries are resolved in line with SLA agreements.

Being the first point of contact for customer, dealer or funder queriesEnsure orders are processed as quickly as possibleConsistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no delaysMaintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the processRaising and processing financial contracts , ensuring accuracy of dataCross referencing information on the financial contract with the signed order to ensure all information is accurateObtaining additional proof of ID and address information from the customerIdentifying and chasing late admin fee paymentsLiaising with the dealership and customers to organise deliveriesFollowing delivery of the vehicle, requesting information from dealershipBeing the first point of contact for any customer complaintsSupporting the business with striving towards funder and dealer targets by ensuring the full process is completed as soon as possible As an individual you will need the following experience:
Previous experience within a leasing, brokerage or FCA regulated environment desirableAble to manage your own day to day workloadStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiencyStrong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & ExcelDrive and focus to meet customer expectationsAble to build relationships with customersSelf-starter who is highly motivated and willing to learnCan work under pressure while delivering high quality work
