Experienced Commercial Gas Administrator WANTED!

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial heating and building services contractor in Whyteleafe for an experienced Commercial Gas Administrator to join their growing team. This is a key role within the business, supporting the smooth delivery of commercial gas services across a range of contracts.

Location: Whyteleafe, Surrey

Salary: Up to GBP33,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm (overtime available)

Benefits: 25 days holiday, free parking, modern working environment

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, schedule, and manage works for engineersOversee job workflows from instruction through to completionRaise purchase orders, process invoices, and manage job costingsWork with SORs (Schedule of Rates) and manage pricing variationsLiaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teamsMaintain accurate job management system recordsAssist with compliance documentation and reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a commercial gas or building services environmentGood working knowledge of SORs, job costing, and contract deliveryExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environmentConfident using Microsoft Office and job management software
