Recruit UK is supporting a highly regarded wealth management firm in Alderley Edge which are looking for a Client Administrator to join their dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries with empathy and professionalism.Supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners in the smooth delivery of financial plans.Managing the administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Building strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.Contributing to a positive team culture with a shared focus on client outcomes.What we're looking for

Previous experience in financial services (e.g. banking, wealth management, IFA admin) is beneficial but not essential.GCSE (or equivalent) education required; higher qualifications welcomed.Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with IT systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.Values-driven - honesty, empathy, determination, and authenticity are central to your approach.What's on offer
