The Role

We're looking for someone to join our busy Information Team as a Call Handler. You'll be the first point of contact for callers, offering support, reassurance, and clear next steps. The role includes answering calls, emails, and live chats, recording information accurately, and making sure every client has a positive experience.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and provide professional supportMake follow-up calls when neededHelp with emails and live chat enquiriesSpeak with people about sensitive or emotive issuesKeep clear and accurate recordsWork with colleagues in counselling and legal teamsManage time well and meet service levels What We're Looking For
