We are currently seeking to appoint an Admissions and Widening Participation Representative Associate for our Elephant & Castle campus on a Full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Provide information, advice & guidance to prospective studentsProvide excellent sales & customer serviceSupport applicants through the admissions & enrolment processRespond to online, email, telephone and face-to-face applicant queriesConduct academic interviews & invigilate examsConduct open days, campus tours & attend recruitment events/fairsSupport admissions & marketing teamPhotocopy, scan & verify applicant documentsSupport the Admissions Team with the daily administrative running of the extremely busy Admissions Office.Other duties will be assignedRequirements:
Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure, to meet targets and deadlinesBe available to attend regular open days on some weekends and evenings.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
