I am currently recruiting for an Admistrator in Faversham, duties include:
Requesting and uploading statsInvoicesBooking in delivery ticketsBooking out materials on E-dayFiling all paperworkLiaising with the clientLiaising with suppliers to get quotes for non-stocked itemsSupporting depot manager and supervisor with everyday tasksKeep training board up to date so operatives know when they have training coming upManage UST calendarRaising ordersOrder tarmac / material for following days workPlant - Updating plant sheetReporting breakdownsChecking live hire (weekly)Costing plant (monthly)
