Administrator Assistant Birmingham Full-Time 1 Year Contract Monday - Friday pm - early finish on 2.30pmWe are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator Assistant to support the Practice Administrator, Practice Manager, and wider team within a busy and professional office environment.Working for a well-established practice who focused on innovative design they Work within the construction industry on a range of projects from healthcare, commercial space, residential and commercial projects. They create thoughtful spaces that inspire people, strengthen communities, and leaves a lasting impact.Duties Will IncludeWelcoming visitors and managing reception dutiesDirecting phone calls, and coordinating meeting room bookingsSupporting the organisation of internal and external CPD events and practice updatesMaintaining staff training records and annual leave calendarsCoordinating work experience placements and schedulesProviding project administration support including typing reports, agendas, minutes, letters, and specification documentsOrdering office and contract stationerySupporting directors and staff with general administration Monitoring and managing the company accounts inboxAssisting with the organisation of social events & office activitiesEnsuring meeting rooms and conference areas are prepared and maintainedSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience within an administration, office support, or coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesConfident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent communication skills A proactive, flexible, and positive attitudeAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentReliable, approachable, and willing to take ownership of tasksBenefitsPension and annual bonus scheme25 days annual leave (pro rata)Early finish Fridays (2:30pm)Career development opportunitiesCPDs, mentoring, and training supportTeam outings & social eventsCycle to work schemeAdditional employee perks and benefits
