I am urgently seeking a professional and adaptable Reception/Admin Assistant to provide short term cover at a Public Sector based organisation at their Lancaster site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative capability and prior reception experience who can quickly step into a busy, customer facing environment.

Reception DutiesAnswering incoming callsGreeting visitors, guests, and contractorsAdministrative SupportManaging the local workplace inboxStock control coordinationLogging and managing helpdesk requestsSupporting contractor management processesWhat you'll need to succeed
Strong administrative skillsAvailable immediatelyPrevious experience in a reception or front of house roleSomeone who can pick up processes quickly and operate confidently with minimal supervision
What you'll get in return
This role is initially for two weeks but may get extended depending on business needs and performance. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. I can confirm parking is available and the campus is easily accessible via local transport links. You will be paid between GBP14.50-GBP15.98 per hour.
