Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately two months. This role has arisen to provide additional support during a period of absence and would suit a strong administrator, graduate, or someone looking to gain experience within a busy office environment.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Updating files, maintaining accurate records, and entering information onto internal databases. Booking appointments and managing calendars using Outlook. Preparing and distributing documentation and information packs. Filing, scanning, and organising both electronic and hard-copy records. Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required. Experience and Skills Requirements

Previous experience within an administrative, office support, customer service, or similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team environment. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required. Graduate calibre candidates are encouraged to apply. Own transport is essential due to the location of the office. If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
