Job Type: Full-timeLocation: PeterboroughWorking Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMPay: GBP13.68 We are seeking a dedicated individual with reprographics experience to join our school's support team in Peterborough. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in managing reprographic duties and enjoys working in an educational environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Operate reprographic machinery including photocopiers, printers, and binding machines.Prepare and produce high-quality teaching materials and documents as requested by staff.Manage the stock levels of paper, toner, and other reprographic supplies.Ensure the reprographics area is well-organised and maintained.Assist staff and students with reprographic queries and provide technical support where necessary.Adhere to the school's health and safety policies, especially around the use of reprographic equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a reprographics role, ideally within an educational setting.Familiarity with various types of reprographic equipment and maintenance procedures.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both staff and students.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
