We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team at one of our amazing schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our school office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the school office and leadership teamManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionallyMaintain accurate student records and update school databasesAssist with attendance monitoring and reportingSupport the organisation of school events, trips, and meetingsHandle confidential information with discretionGreet visitors and ensure safeguarding procedures are followedOrder and manage office supplies and resources What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systemsAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environmentA friendly, professional, and approachable mannerCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
