We are registered in respect of Personal Care Regulated Activities with the Care Quality Commission. We have been inspected by the CQC in December 2025 and rated Good.

All staff are hard working & dedicated to giving the best care possible to my husband Bill. They are interested in him as an intelligent individual as well as a patient and as a result they are able to lift his mood, which is a very important part of caring. I’m so grateful to Unicorn for the information and advice they have given to our family. It made a huge difference when we chose a care company to support our grandad following his dementia diagnosis rather than a care home. The carers treat him with respect and encourage him to maintain his independence. We are often too quick to complain so we would like to say thank you. I wish you covered Lincoln.
