Dr. Rehman, BSc (Hons), MSc, CiLT, PhD.

* Over 25 years teaching experience.

* I am a Certified Teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching (PG CiLT) from the University of Sheffield. I teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Combined Science (All exam boards), and I am very familiar with the new GCSE curriculum.

* I have worked as a Lecturer at The University of Sheffield Medical School for over 14 years and have both set and marked exam papers. I have also served as an internal and external examiner.

I specialise in providing tuition for:

- Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science (GCSE) - All exam boards (AQA, OCR, EDEXCEL, iGCSE, WJEC).

I help students focus on:

- Understanding difficult topics
- Revision techniques
- Exam techniques
- Answering the longer (6 mark) questions
- Practical skills questions
- Past paper questions
- Exam Terminology
- Graph questions
- Building confidence

* All of my current and previous students have excelled in their studies in a short period of time and have moved up grade boundaries.

Currently, I am doing ONLINE TUITION ONLY using Zoom and cover the whole of the UK.

Dr Rehman tutored my son in GCSE science. He was very knowledgeable and clearly a very experienced tutor. He was a good communicator, always quick to respond to messages, and I would definitely contact him again in the future if my son needed further tuition.

Daughter has recently started having Dr Rehman. It was quite last minute as she was especially anxious about chemistry GCSE. However, he made time for her at a reasonable fee and focused on topics that she found tricky I.e. electrolysis and moles, within 3 hours she completely understood both which she has really struggled with understanding at school throughout the year. He taught it slightly differently and in a way that was more visual and made more sense. Fingers crossed this helps her in her upcoming exam. She hopes to continue having his input at A level too, as she has already found his input so valuable.

I highly recommend Rehman as a science tutor. He is knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at breaking down complex topics into simple, understandable concepts. His teaching style is engaging and tailored to the student's learning pace, which really helped build confidence and improve grades. A great choice for anyone needing support in science

Dr rehman is a very good tutor. He structures the lessons in your favour which has a very positive impact on the learning experience. He is also very punctual. He questions us frequently making sure we fully understand the topics being taught and also ensures we are not bored in the lessons by giving a bit of variety such as exam questions and he teaches the topics in depth and makes them very easy to understand. He also has a very good knowledge of the gcse science curriculum and has many years of experience, which is definetely noticable within lessons. I could not recommend him highly enough and he can help boost your grades up massively,even within a short period of time.
