Venue Sales Executive

Are you a creative, motivated sales professional with a passion for events and a love of big ideas? Do you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast–paced, client–focused environment?

A well–established, centrally located events venue is looking for a Venue Sales Executive to join their growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and identifying up selling opportunities.

Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to post–event follow–up.

Acting as an ambassador for the venue, ensuring excellent service and a positive client experience.

Collaborating with the wider sales team to support overall strategy and growth targets.

Representing the venue at trade shows, familiarisation trips, and industry events.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 year's experience in a venue sales, event sales, or hospitality sales role.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive sales mindset.

Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.

Confidence working with CRM systems and managing client data effectively.
