Description

Here at Integrity Automotive, we are really pushing the boundaries on what an independent performance dealership can do, with huge expansion & marketing plans in place to elevate the business. Integrity Automotive is Suffolk's largest Premium Used Car Dealership, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as a Used Car Sales Manager.

This role will see you use your Sales Management experience to develop our Sales department to reach its full potential whilst providing excellent customer care.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Process Management: Ensure the sales team follows a structured and effective sales process, maximising conversion rates and delivering a seamless experience for every customer.

Enquiry Management: Monitor and manage incoming enquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally to maximise sales opportunities.

Forecourt Standards: Maintain an impeccable forecourt presentation, ensuring vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and pricing is accurate and up to date.

Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by coaching and motivating the sales team to provide a professional and personalised service. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain positive relationships.

Finance & Add-On Products: Drive performance in finance and add-on product sales, ensuring compliance with all regulations while optimising revenue opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and support the sales team, setting performance targets and providing ongoing development opportunities.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review sales data, enquiry conversion rates, and finance penetration to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Aftersales, to ensure a smooth customer journey and consistent brand representation.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry

Strong understanding of the prestige car market and customer expectations

Demonstrate ability to manage a structured sales process and drive enquiry conversion

Experience in finance and add-on product sales with a strong compliance focus

Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills

A proactive and results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving sales targets

Demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness

Full UK driving licence.
