Trainee Sales Executive – Solar Lead Generation (Commission Only)

Description

We are building a high-performance outbound sales team focused on the fast-growing solar energy market.

This is not a typical “call centre job.”

This is an opportunity to learn a valuable skill, earn strong commission, and progress into leadership roles quickly.

The Role You will be speaking to homeowners across the UK, introducing solar energy solutions, and booking appointments for qualified surveyors to visit their property.

Outbound cold calling (training provided)

Speaking with homeowners about energy costs and solar

Booking qualified appointments

Working in a fast-paced, target-driven office
