Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London–based organisation looking for enthusiastic Trainee Sales Assistants to join their face–to–face charity fundraising and sales team.

No previous sales, fundraising, or customer service experience needed – full training provided from day one.

What you'll do:

Engage members of the public face–to–face in your local community.

Represent well–known charities, sharing their mission and impact.

Build rapport, answer questions, and guide new supporters through sign–up.

Work towards individual and team sales targets.

What we're looking for:

Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator.

Self–motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.

Comfortable in a customer–facing, target–driven, sales role.

Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, leisure, healthcare, education, or graduates all welcome.

Total earnings of up to 1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary and uncapped performance–based commission (subject to successful completion of a four–week probationary period).
