This Trade/Shopper Marketing role in the FMCG Beauty space involves developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and maximise market presence. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and success.

You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to meet business objectives.Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborating cross–functionally to ensure brand alignment.Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Managing budgets and ensure cost–effective use of marketing resources.Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.Monitoring brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and communications.Profile
The successful candidate should have:
Previous experience in the FMCG beauty industry, with Luxury experience being desirableTrade/Shopper marketing experienceA strong understanding of market analysis and consumer behaviour.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Creative problem–solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Job Offer
