Territory Sales Manager - NorthGBP40,000 to GBP50,000 + commission, company car and strong benefitsNorth of England and North WalesHome and office basedAxon Moore is working with a well-established UK brand in the home and lifestyle sector to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for the North. This is an exciting chance to join a business with a loyal customer base, a stylish product range and lots of room to grow. To be considered for this role you must have a strong track record of selling into garden centres and home furnishing stores. Experience with home furnishings Christmas products or fragranced items is also desirable. One day you might be visiting independent retailers and garden centres. On another you could be showing new products in a beautiful showroom or helping set up at a major trade exhibition.The commission structure is clear and achievable. The company car is high quality. This is a role with long term potential for someone who wants to progress.What you will doAs the Territory Sales Manager you will: Build strong relationships with an existing customer base across the regionDeliver excellent customer service while looking for opportunities to increase salesWin new business by identifying and approaching new retailersPlan your routes to make the best use of your timePresent a wide range of home lifestyle and seasonal productsSupport the Sales Director with key accounts and pricingAttend trade exhibitions including set up and occasional weekend workReport on territory performance and market activityTake ownership of your sales targets About youOur Client is looking for someone who brings: Energy and enthusiasm with a genuine drive to succeedStrong communication skills in person and over the phoneGood organisation and time managementConfidence presenting products and building relationshipsCompetence with Excel Word and PowerPointA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly Package and benefits Basic salary of GBP40k to GBP50k DOECommission at 0.5 percent of net salesExpected OTE GBP47k to GBP57kPremium company car with a hybrid or electric upgrade in the next cycle25 days holiday plus bank holidaysWorkplace pension with 8 percent combined contributionsLife cover at 3.5 times salary and critical illness cover at 2 times salary after a yearStaff discount at 20% off trade priceSick pay schemeRegular travel within the territory with some overnight staysFull time role at 37.5 hours per week with extra hours needed in peak periods The territory includes the North West, North East, North Wales and the Midlands.
