Red Recruitment is recruiting driven and resilient Telesales Executives to join our clients sales team in Boldon

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to 30,096 with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of Telesales Executive:
Generate qualified appointments for the New Business teamIdentify and engage decision–makers within target organisationsQualify prospects and update CRM systems with accurate informationFollow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leadsSource and pre–qualify new leads when requiredMaintain a high–quality, up–to–date customer databaseSchedule meetings effectively, considering team availability and locationRepresent the business professionally in all interactionsComplete daily, weekly, and monthly reportingShare market and competitor insights with the wider teamKey Skills and Experience of Telesales Executive:
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or a sales environmentConfident communicator with strong listening and questioning skillsTarget–driven with a positive, resilient attitudeAble to manage time effectively and work independentlyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a high–volume, results–focused environmentGood working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeGood standard of English and numeracyGCSEs (or equivalent) preferredPrevious experience in postal, package, or direct marketing services is an advantage but not essential.If you have the relevant skills and experience and are interested in the position as a Telesales Executive please apply now!
