Full-time Permanent

40 hours per week, covering 8am to 6pm (2 shift patterns available)

Remote from home with some visits to the Manchester Office

Manchester Staff are working with a forward thinking and dynamic secure facilities operator for the B2B and B2C market. Their customer and sales team are a key driver for their success, and they are looking for experienced agents with a strong track record in phone sales to join the team!

This home-based role will be ideal for individuals who can self-motivate, are very organised and money motivated – and are passionate about contributing to company success.

Job Role & Requirements:

* Driving high‑energy outbound calls to warm and ready‑to‑buy leads

* Turning every enquiry into a confident, polished, and successful sale

* Smashing clear targets and KPIs with focus and momentum

* Delivering standout call quality while keeping conversion rates sky‑high

Essential Requirements

* Strong, proven experience in outbound telesales

* A natural flair for building instant rapport

* A target‑obsessed mindset with real hunger to win

* Resilient, upbeat, and fired up by big earning potential

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or telesales
