The Role:

We re looking for a new Telesales Advisor to join our Central Sales team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will expertly present our range of mattresses and bedroom furniture, and guide customers through a seamless purchasing experience. Your goal is not just to meet sales targets but to contribute to the promotion of our brand, providing customers with personalised solutions and ensuring they sleep soundly on their choice from Dreams.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here s a taste of what you ll be doing day-to-day- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all opportunities are taken.- Omnichannel: Engage with customers via the phone, web chat and email where necessary.- Be authentic: With all our customers, ensure that your passion for our products comes through in your interactions with potential leads.- Understand our Customer Needs: Engage in active listening and empathetic questioning to genuinely grasp and address customer needs, laying the groundwork for personalised product or service recommendations.- Present Our Products or Services: Communicate product or service features and benefits clearly and concisely, creating a compelling narrative that resonates with customers and highlights why a Dreams bed is a must!- Address Objections and Close Deals: Confidently handle customer objections transparently, building trust and guiding customers towards positive decisions that lead to successful sales- Achieve Sales Targets: Adopt a results-driven mindset, setting and exceeding challenging sales targets through a commitment to continuous improvement.- Attention to detail: Ensure all details are captured accurately in our order management systems.

The Person:
