Description
KRG are working with a boutique London–based talent agency to find a driven and personable Talent Assistant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent management, working closely with high–profile digital content creators across a range of industries.
This is a talent–facing role with real responsibility from day one, this is not an admin–only position! This role offers hands–on experience in managing brand partnerships and supporting the long–term careers of creators.

The Role
As Talent Assistant, you will work closely with two experienced Talent Managers, supporting the day–to–day management of a portfolio of creators. You'll play a key role in coordinating brand partnerships, maintaining talent relationships, and helping to drive the careers of your roster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both the commercial and strategic side of talent management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting two Talent Managers in managing a curated roster of digital content creatorsActing as a key point of contact for talent, building strong and trusted relationshipsAssisting in the coordination and execution of brand partnerships and paid collaborationsManaging communications between talent, brands, and internal teamsSupporting negotiations, deal logistics, and campaign delivery timelinesHelping to identify new commercial opportunities for talent growthAssisting with talent schedules, deliverables, and content deadlinesSupporting with contract admin, usage rights, and campaign requirementsAttending shoots, events, and brand activations where requiredMonitoring campaign performance and supporting reportingKeeping up to date with industry trends, social platforms, and emerging creators
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident, and passionate about the creator economy. You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys working closely with people and wants to build a long–term career in talent management.
1+ years of experience within talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or a related field – you must have worked with talent in some capacityA strong interest in social media, digital creators, and brand partnershipsExcellent communication and relationship–building skillsConfidence working directly with talent and external stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, solutions–focused mindsetThe ability to manage multiple projects in a fast–paced environment
