Healthcare Remote 50% National Field Travel 37.5 Hours
Are you a commercially curious relationship-builder who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments? We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop long-term partnerships with key healthcare customers, drive account growth and deliver real value across clinical and operational settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Strategic Account Management function at a pivotal stage of development. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the healthcare sector, helping customers solve challenges, improve outcomes and maximise the value of their partnership.

Essential Requirements - Applicants must have prior Account Management experience within the healthcare sector and a minimum of 3 years' relevant UK-based experience. Essential Requirements
Degree-level education or equivalent experience 7+ years' experience in Strategic Account Management or Business Development Healthcare sector experience within complex or regulated environments Proven success managing and growing key customer accounts Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities Experience building relationships at executive, clinical and operational levels Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams Professional, resilient and adaptable approach Comfortable operating strategically and operationally Full willingness to travel nationally up to 50% Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic customer relationships across C-suite, clinical and operational stakeholders Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts Lead account strategy to support long-term customer success and retention Work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and operational improvements Maintain oversight of service delivery, KPIs and customer performance Support renewals, partnership development and continuous improvement initiatives Desirable Experience
Managed Equipment Services (MES) Healthcare procurement and regulatory environments Medical equipment or clinical outcomes knowledge Experience working closely with clinical teams Additional Information
