We are seeking self‑employed B2C sales representatives across multiple regions throughout England.

As a result, this role is being recruited nationally, with appointments allocated locally based on your home location.

Earnings & Structure

Self-employed, commission-only role
£60,000+ realistic OTE
Top performers earning £100,000+
£1,000 minimum commission per sale
Uncapped earnings
Bi-weekly commission payments
1–3 pre-booked residential appointments per day
Appointments typically within 60 miles from your home address
Bonus for referrals and self-generated leads
Full solar, battery & finance training provided
Sales app, quoting tools & full back-office support

You focus on selling. We handle installations, admin and customer support.

The Role

Attend pre-booked residential appointments (no cold calling)
Meet homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar
Educate customers on Solar PV, battery storage and savings
Assess property suitability and household energy usage
Build trust and recommend tailored solutions
Present clear quotations and finance options
Manage your pipeline via our mobile sales app
Work 5 days out of 7 (flexible scheduling)

This role is suited to experienced closers only.

You will need:

Proven B2C face-to-face field sales experience
Experience closing high-ticket sales in customers’ homes
A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Confidence working on a commission-only basis
Professional, well-presented approach aligned to a premium brand
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Clear DBS check
Full UK driving licence and own reliable vehicle
Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
Experience in Solar, Renewables, Windows, Home Improvements or similar sectors is highly advantageous but not essential.
