The Opportunity

Anglian Home Improvements is one of the UK's most established home improvement manufacturers. We design, manufacture and install our own products, and we back every sale with one of the strongest guarantees in the industry.

We are expanding our Living Spaces sales team across Lincolnshire and are looking for driven, self-employed sales consultants to join us.

This is a high-earning, performance-based role. If you are motivated, driven and eager to grow, the income is genuinely uncapped.

What You Will Be Doing

Attending pre-booked customer appointments in their homes — no cold calling
Presenting and selling our range of premium living space solutions
Building desire, handling objections and closing sales at the appointment
Representing Anglian to the highest standard on every visit

Leads are generated and booked for you. You attend. You sell. You earn. Those who want to go further can self-generate additional leads for a bonus on top.

What You Can Earn

OTE £70,000–£100,000+ — purely commission based, no basic salary
Paid weekly — every Friday
Top performers consistently earn six figures
Earnings are directly tied to your effort and ability — there is no ceiling

What We Are Looking For

Proven sales ability, or a strong and genuine desire to learn — we welcome both
Self-employed mindset — disciplined, self-motivated, accountable
Comfortable working evenings and weekends when customers are available
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Based within a commutable distance of Lincolnshire
