Are you confident, motivated and skilled at building relationships with clients?

Let Correct is looking for a driven Self-Employed Lettings Sales Consultant to contact warm landlord enquiries, understand their property needs and convert suitable opportunities into signed instructions.

You will not be expected to generate your own leads. We are ready to provide up to 30 qualified landlord enquiries each month, allowing you to focus on speaking with landlords, presenting our services and successfully converting new business.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Contacting warm landlord enquiries provided by Let Correct.
Building rapport and understanding each landlord’s requirements.
Clearly explaining our lettings and property management services.
Recommending the most appropriate service for each landlord.
Following up enquiries professionally and consistently.
Converting opportunities into signed agency instructions.
Maintaining accurate records of calls, follow-ups and outcomes.
Providing landlords with an excellent experience throughout the process.

Commission Structure
You will earn commission for every landlord successfully converted into an active instruction:


Tenant Find Only: £150
Rent Collection: £200
Fully Managed: £250
Fully Managed+: £350
Commission Payments
Commission will be paid in two stages:


50% once the landlord has signed the agency agreement.
The remaining 50% after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired and the instruction remains active.

The second payment will only become due where the instruction remains active following the applicable cooling-off period.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

We reward consultants who consistently achieve strong results:


1–4 completed instructions: Standard commission rates apply.
5–9 completed instructions: Additional £50 per completed instruction that month.
10 or more completed instructions: Additional £100 per completed instruction that month.

Performance bonuses will be calculated on instructions that remain active following the applicable 14-day cooling-off period.

Able to work independently and manage their own time.
Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
Committed to providing excellent customer service.

Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, property, sales, business development or customer service would be beneficial, although full training on our services will be provided.
