Sales & Operational Data Management – Temporary Cover (Digitisation Project)

Evesham Office (until 7th November), relocating to Hartlebury Offices

40 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum (pro rata)

Start date: ASAP | Commitment: Minimum 6 months FTC

Driving Licence and own vehicle is a must

We are looking for a diligent and detail-focused professional to support the digitisation of our operational and sales data processes. This role will be 100% office-based initially, working from our Evesham office until November, before moving to our Hartlebury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and replicating our current paper-based processes before helping us identify and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Gain a thorough understanding of how operational and financial data is currently prepared (e.g. Unitary Payment workings, weighbridge data, invoicing, tonnage reports).

Review existing procedures for monthly accounts, quarterly returns (Landfill Tax & Environment Agency), and customer invoicing.

Propose process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of data management.

Support implementation of approved changes and document updated processes in clear manuals.

Provide guidance and training recommendations to reduce system errors and queries.

Collaborate with colleagues while managing own workload effectively to meet deadlines.Skills & Experience Required

Strong numerical, analytical, and data-handling skills with an excellent eye for detail.

Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working across multiple computer applications.

Experience in process mapping, documentation, and digitisation projects is desirable.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach.

Organised, diligent, and methodical with a right-first-time mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams while independently managing own workstreams.What We Offer
