Leading UK Drinks Wholesaler (On–Trade Specialist)

Salary up to 55,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits – OTE 70K+

Are you passionate about the on–trade drinks industry and ready to take the next step in your career? I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced on–trade Sales Manager to join a leading UK drinks wholesaler covering the North West.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will:Develop, lead and inspire a newly established sales teamDrive sales growth across the North West region within the on–trade Build and maintain strong, long–term customer relationshipsDeliver commercial targets in a competitive, fast–paced marketSupport, coach and develop team members to maximise performanceWork collaboratively with senior leadership to implement regional strategyThis is a hands–on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in driving sales performance.

About You

We're looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who brings:Proven experience in beer keg salesOn–trade drinks sales experienceA strong track record of delivering results in a competitive sales environmentConfidence in building long–term customer relationshipsExcellent communication and influencing skillsHighly advantageous:Previous sales management or team management experienceExperience working for a drinks wholesalerYou'll be energetic, relationship–focused and passionate about the drinks industry, with the drive to build something new and make a real impact.What's on Offer
