Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for experienced Sales Executives to join an expanding insurance business based in Bootle.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a fast-paced contact centre environment where strong performance is recognised and rewarded. The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable products. You will work towards individual sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products

• Converting enquiries into sales while meeting and exceeding targets

• Building strong relationships with customers and providing a professional service

• Working collaboratively within a sales-focused team environment

Key Requirements

• Proven track record within a sales role, ideally within the insurance sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed goals

• Confident speaking with customers and handling objections

• A proactive xjnqpsq and positive approach to work
