Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing sales orders, and contributing to the company’s overall sales growth. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude toward finding new opportunities, and close coordination with the Procurement, Packaging, Warehouse, and Online Sales teams to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

The position is particularly focused on products related to the boiler and heating industry and online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Sales Order Processing
Receive, process, and confirm customer orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, especially within the boiler and heating sector, and provide technical or commercial guidance to customers. Quotation & Negotiation
Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with customers to close deals in line with company pricing policies. Collaboration with Procurement & Warehouse Teams
Coordinate closely with the Procurement Responsible and Warehouse Responsible to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and accurate order information. Collaboration with Packaging Team
Work with the Packaging Responsible and operators to confirm correct order labeling, packaging, and dispatch. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including achieved sales, new leads, and follow-up actions. Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs. Cross-Department Communication
Share customer feedback, complaints, and product improvement suggestions with management and related departments. Sales Targets & KPIs
Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain profitability, and support the company’s growth strategy through proactive sales activities. CRM & Data Entry
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer interactions, quotations, and deals in the ERP or CRM system. Promotional Activities
Support marketing and online campaigns by suggesting promotional ideas, highlighting key products, and assisting with special offers or bundle deals. After-Sales Support
Follow up on deliveries, returns, or quality issues in coordination with the Packaging and Warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in boiler, heating, or technical product sectors) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience using ERP or CRM systems for order tracking and reporting High level of customer focus and problem-solving ability Basic understanding of procurement and warehouse operations Good numerical and analytical abilities for preparing quotations and reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Fluency in English Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus
