Sales Executive

Description

What you’ll be doing:

* Working with potential customers to showcase New Build homes and discuss their needs and expectations.

* Developing and maintaining relationships with your clientele whilst updating them on the progression of the build.

* Liaising with your line manager and working as a team to drive more sales.

* Update customer records on COINS, follow up and chase outstanding information needed from either side.

What you’ll need:

* Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar sales driven role.

* UK Driving Licence.

* Occasional Weekend and Bank Holiday work.

* Good housing industry knowledge.
