What's on Offer?

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum

Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000 - £100,000+

The Role:

As an Insurance Adviser, you will be handling warm leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and advising clients on the best insurance products to meet their needs. Using an advanced quotation system, you will guide clients through a fact-finding process, tailor recommendations, and effectively highlight product benefits to convert leads into sales.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in telesales or a high-volume sales role

Background in selling Private Medical Insurance or other insurance products (preferred)

Track record of success in a target-driven environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, question, and build rapport

Motivated by high earnings and career progression
