We are recruiting now for results driven Sales Advisors to join a passionate & vibrant team!

This Sales role involves handling INBOUND telephone & web enquiries - No cold calling!

Although a natural flair for sales is required you will receive a 4 week onboarding / training programme to give you all the tools & information you require to hit the ground running ..... For top performers there will be future opportunities to visit international offices!

About the Sales Advisor Role:

* Basic salary of £25K per annum + uncapped commission.

* Realistic OTE £30K-£40K in Year 1 and Year 2 and beyond £40K-£60K

* Other benefits include staff discounts / offers on retail & travel, medical healthcare cash plan, additional annual leave linked to length of service.

* You will be working on a 5 out of 7 day rota basis between the hours of 8.45am-8pm

* Permanent role

* Based in Royal Wootton Bassett (car parking on-site)

Travel Sales Advisor Role Duties:

* Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and Web site driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approach

* Build rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packages

* Present complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertise

* Create meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close sales

* Offer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferences

* Finalise accurate calculations for the cost of holiday packages & complete booking administration with precision and compliance

* Collaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performance

* Adhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policies

Skills required for the Sales Advisor Role:

* First class customer service skills

* Sales experience within a call centre environment is desirable

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability xjnqpsq to establish rapport with customers and build relationships

* Be highly motivated & results orientated

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft software & ability to manage multiple systems

* Ideally you will have sales experience in travel, retail or luxury / premium brands, but full training will be provided
