An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Birmingham.

Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:

Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities. Build trust and recommend the most appropriate products and services. Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale. Upsell and cross–sell where appropriate to maximise value. Accurately update customer information on the CRM system. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build long–term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

About You as the Sales Advisor:

Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service or customer retention. A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers. Positive, enthusiastic and target driven. Able to handle objections professionally. Organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within a KPI–driven environment.
