The Role:
We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to play a key role in driving data accuracy, insight, and performance across the revenue function.
This position sits at the centre of go-to-market operations, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
You'll also take ownership of the CRM platform, ensuring it enables efficient, scalable processes across the full revenue lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the accuracy and integrity of revenue dataBuild and maintain real-time dashboards and reportingDeliver regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersAnalyse pipeline performance, conversion rates, churn, and growth trendsIdentify risks and opportunities across the revenue funnelSupport forecasting and scenario modellingCollaborate with Finance to align CRM and financial reportingConduct ad hoc analysis to support business decisionsAct as system owner for the CRM platformMaintain data hygiene, governance, and user permissionsOptimise pipelines, lifecycle stages, and automation workflowsEnsure consistent use of data and reporting standardsDrive continuous CRM improvements and enhancementsProvide training and support to internal teamsPartner with Sales to improve pipeline visibility and forecastingSupport Marketing with attribution and campaign performance insightsWork with Customer teams on renewals, expansion, and retention metricsCollaborate with Finance to improve processes and scalabilityContribute to strategic planning with data-driven insightsWhat We're Looking For
2-4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Analytics within a SaaS environmentStrong experience managing and optimising a CRM system (HubSpot)Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teamsSolid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, etc.)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience building dashboards and reports (CRM or BI tools)Process-driven with strong documentation skills
