Remediation Analyst - Controls and Remediation

Contract duration: 6 months

Pay: GBP337-400/day (PAYE/umbrella)

Location: Manchester

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remediation Analyst to join our Controls & Remediation team on a six-month contract. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing remediation activities, tracking progress, and engaging directly with internal and external clients to ensure timely, compliant resolution of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end remediation workflows:Create and maintain remediation trackers (spreadsheets, databases)Log and monitor action items, deadlines, and statusesConduct regular outreach to stakeholders and clients:Schedule calls, capture requirements, and follow up on deliverablesDraft clear, professional emails and meeting notesPrepare status reports and presentations for senior management and regulatorsIdentify gaps, escalate risks, and propose corrective actions in a timely mannerEnsure all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and stored in accordance with policyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations) to drive closure
