Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products for upselling and cross–selling. Build and maintain strong, consistent customer relationships. Identify and qualify promising leads for potential escalation to the external sales team. Maintain records of all customer interactions and sales outcomes. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
