The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver the right people for the right roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts Sourcing candidates through CV databases, advertising and networking Conducting candidate screening and interviews Matching candidates to suitable vacancies Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement Negotiating offers and managing expectations between clients and candidates Building a strong network of candidates within your specialist market Working towards individual and team targets Providing an excellent level of service to both clients and candidates What We're Looking For
