Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission

The Role

We are looking to bring an experienced Recruitment Consultant into our growing team, specialising in the white–collar construction market.

This is a 360 recruitment role, so you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact through to placement.

You ll be working within a fast–paced, specialist market, building relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow your own client base within the white collar construction sectorProactively win new business through BD, calls, and client meetingsManage the full recruitment process from job qualification to placementSource and engage high–quality candidates across roles such as: Project ManagersSite ManagersQuantity SurveyorsDesign professionals Build long–term relationships with both clients and candidatesManage multiple vacancies and deliver against client requirementsNegotiate offers and manage the placement process Requirements
