We’re growing our Healthcare Division and are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm desk. You’ll handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from client management to candidate sourcing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a healthcare recruitment desk
* Place healthcare professionals into temp & perm roles
* Build strong client and candidate relationships
* Ensure full compliance and safeguarding standards
* Meet activity and billing targets
Requirements:
* 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/temp preferred)
* Strong healthcare compliance knowledge xjnqpsq
* Target-driven, organised, and confident communicator
