The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. This is a fast–paced, target–driven role where your success is rewarded with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking.Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.Screening & Interviews: Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process.Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company standards. What We re Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in–house), ideally in a 360/full–desk role.Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to winning new clients.Excellent communication and relationship–building abilities.Resilience, ambition, and a results–driven mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast–paced environment.
