Recruitment Consultant – Waste & Environmental Sector

Year 1 OTE: £50k+ | Year 2 OTE: £60k–£90k+

Have you built a successful desk in the waste, environmental or wider industrial services sector, but feel capped, restricted or stuck in a purely contingent model?

This role gives you the chance to move into exclusive partnerships, uncapped earnings and a desk where your sector knowledge is genuinely valued.

The role

Grow and manage relationships with established clients in waste, environmental and industrial sectors

Deliver permanent recruitment end‑to‑end with autonomy

Work with clients who value consultancy, not quick wins

Build a profitable, sustainable desk with long‑term visibility and high repeat business
