This Fixed term part time position is working primarily with the VIGO team within the Professional Services Group. The role will be focused on the delivery coordination of small enhancements to our products for both new and existing customers.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multiple small work deliveries and small projectsCreation and administration of customer engagements in PSA tool Liaise with customers to obtain agreement for delivery plan; dates and contentEscalate exceptions to PSG Management teamCoordinate execution of product delivery planUpdate the Vigo team through meetings and planning toolsSignal when payment milestones have been met for customer invoices to be submittedWork with the project consultants to control scope Track and monitor milestones and report on delivery activity and project statusCoordinate interdependent activitiesSupport Vigo consultancy team with customer comms and internal business updatesCompany Info
