Production/Sales Administrator

Zenith are looking to recruit an experienced Production/Sales Administrator to work in the Northumberland area. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding Morpeth business in a great, friendly working environment. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, strong work ethic and commitment.

Responsibilities

You will provide administration support to the Account Management team You will be responsible for processing new orders, sourcing items and preparing quotations Organising logistics Raising Quotations Organising product visuals and checking artwork proofs Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries General administration duties Requirements

Previous admin experience in an office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of working in a fast–paced environment where you will have multiple projects on the go at once Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and products quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great team ethic and customer service Thoroughness, accuracy and an eye for detail Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once Polite and friendly manner A team player with passion and drive to succeed Trustworthy and appreciate need for confidentiality An appetite to learn and progress further.
