Pay: £250 Monthly Retainer + Tiered Sales Commission (5%–10%)

About the Role

Leclair & Moreau is a growing premium perfume brand focused on high-quality, trust-driven content. We are looking for a part-time UGC Content Creator to produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

The role is primarily work from home, with occasional Ipswich-based street or local brand content when required.

Responsibilities

Create a minimum of 20 short-form videos per month

*

All videos must be submitted and approved before use

*

Film engaging Reels / TikTok-style videos

*

Participate in occasional Ipswich local shoots (brand-led)

*

Make one minor revision per video if required

*

Focus on content that builds trust and drives perfume sales

No access to Leclair & Moreau social media accounts

*

You do not post the content

*

You create → we approve → we post

*

Commission applies only on tracked sales

Compensation

£250 monthly retainer (part-time)

Tiered commission (monthly):

0–50 sales → 5%

*

51–100 sales → 7%

100+ sales → 10%

*

Sales tracked via unique discount codes
